JHMG offers an incredible four day climb of the Grand Teton that is great for people who don’t have experience climbing or those who just want to move at a more leisurely pace! Spending three nights at high camp is an amazing opportunity, and it was incredible to spend so much time at a high elevation. The views from camp are spectacular, and the amenities offered make camping at 11,000 ft as comfortable as possible. All of the guides are extremely helpful and friendly, and their first priority is safety. Once you learn to trust that the ropes will hold you, hanging off a cliff doesn’t seem so scary! The Grand Teton is considered a fairly easy mountain for experienced climbers, but the technical work involved was much more difficult than I anticipated. Thanks to our great guides, their constant encouragement, and their excellent instruction, I was able to do it! The four day trip with JHMG is a great experience for people looking to spend time outside, push their mental and physical limits, and see some of the most breathtaking scenery in the world!

Our guide, Jed Workman, was really great – experienced, funny, sociable and perceptive. A great mix of giving guidance, encouraging and humor.
